UPDATE ALERT SERVICES

If you are not currently an Online Services customer, you can enroll now or call us at (800) 950-2296, 24 hours a day, seven days a week for enrollment assistance.

To enroll in an Alert Service, follow the directions below:

1. Go to wachovia.com home page.
2. Enter your User ID and Password.
3. Select “Online Banking” from the Service drop-down box.
4. Click “Login.”
5. From the My Accounts page, select the Alerts and Subscriptions link in the Customer Service box on the right-hand side of the page.
6. On the Alerts and Subscriptions page, you may enroll in Balance Alerts and Market Alerts, or subscribe to the Wachovia eNewsletter.

To update your current Alerts, follow the directions below:

1. Go to wachovia.com home page.
2. Enter your User ID and Password.
3. Select “Online Banking” from the Service drop-down box.
4. Click “Login.”
5. From the My Accounts page, select the Alerts and Subscriptions link in the Customer Service box on the right-hand side of the page.
6. On the Alerts and Subscriptions page, click on the Edit link beside either Balance Alerts or Market Alerts depending on which you wish to update.
7. Enter your updates and be sure and save your changes.

To unsubscribe from Balance or Market Alert Services, follow these directions:

1. Go to wachovia.com home page.
2. Enter your User ID and Password.
3. Select “Online Banking” from the Service drop-down box.
4. Click “Login.”
5. From the My Accounts page, select the Alerts and Subsciptions link in the Customer Service box on the right-hand side of the page.
6. On the Alerts and Subscriptions page, click on the Edit link beside either Balance Alerts or Market Alerts.
7. If you no longer wish to receive Balance Alerts, simply click the “Unsubscribe” button.
8. If you would like to unsubscribe from Market Alerts, select the Suspend tab and check the “Unsubscribe Me” box at the bottom of the page. Then click “Save Changes.”
